Dorm life can be a ton of fun. It can be the perfect place to make new friends. While living in a dorm, one encounters plenty of new people and has the opportunity to pick up new skills. For instance, learning a new language or learning to enjoy and participate in a new culture.

If you need assistance or help with school, creating a study group is easy. Or if you just want to hang out and chill, dorm life makes it easy. In some ways, dorm life feels like living together with a large family. One will develop respect for each and every unique dorm-mate.
