Location
The Schlachtensee student residence is located directly on the beautiful lake Schlachtensee, which is one of the most popular places for swimming and outdoor sports in the summer. The Grunewald nature preserve is also nearby. The landmark buildings themselves have a colourful history and are protected as a historical heritage site. It is especially ideal for students of the Freie Universität (FU) Berlin which is the closest university. Downtown Berlin is a 45 minute train ride.

You have your own private, furnished room complete with bed, linens, desk, chair, bookshelf and dresser.
Rental Price
The rental price is based on 20 sqm, which is calculated by adding your private room with a percentage of the common areas. Also included is full access to all indoor and outdoor campus facilities.
Shared space
Category B housing is shared by 4 - 8 roommates. Shower and bathrooms are shared or private, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a common living area.
